Join renowned Pilates industry leader Deborah Lessen for an exploration of the Carola Trier lineage — one of the most direct and authentic connections to the original teachings of Joseph and Clara Pilates. Carola Trier, the first and closest protégé of the Pilates founders, was a pioneering teacher whose studio became a model of integrity, artistry, and precision, and set the pathway for how boutique studio sessions are still run to this day.

A former professional dancer, Deborah brings together a unique synthesis of lineage, movement artistry, rigorous pedagogy, and decades of leadership in industry training, certification standards, advocacy, and policy development. Her depth of expertise and direct lineage make this workshop a not-to-be-missed opportunity for Pilates professionals seeking to deepen their understanding of the method’s history, philosophy, and living legacy.
