Use these classes to practice your Reformer work with transitions and sequencing that provides flowing, energising, conditioning movement. You will hydrate your body tissue, work on posture, and achieve the "internal shower" that Joe Pilates talked about with his method.
You get three progressive level classes as well as some Daily Doses to practice your workout with.
