This workshop provides strategies, applications and programming to address rotational pelvic posture. We focus on the rotation of a pelvis in a ‘right back rotation’. If you assess your client as having a ‘left back rotation’ you will simple work in the opposing directions and positions.
This course is based around restoring balance, activating and stabilising, and progressively increasing load and challenge.
Learn how to select and combine exercises as well as integrate wedges in the Pilates studio environment to intervene with a chronic rotational pelvic posture.
