ReformerFit is a sequenced conditioning program using transitions, pace, dynamic and flow to create an elevated heart rate and dynamic Reformer experience. These classes should be practiced 3-4 x per week for maximum results. Daily Doses of ReformerFit are given so that accumulative training can be achieved, particularly if access to Reformer is reduced.

Included in this course are 3 classes including Essential level and continued progressive 2 x levels; plus 3 Reformer Mat Daily Dose sequences for your practice. These classes and daily doses are for healthy participants who are not injured.

Previous experience using and working out with the Reformer is essential. By continuing to purchase you agree that you have prior training on the Reformer that includes using the Reformer safely and understanding Reformer Pilates repertoire and use.

Take this short course as quickly or slowly as you like - you might complete this in weeks or months, depending on your own circumstances. We give you 12 months open access to do the course, review and reference.
